Who we are
Who we areRegional Air Suport is the sole airline business support company in Romania, providing consultancy, representation, complementary services and business solutions in aviation and travel business domains.
It is registered with the Trade Register of Bucharest Chamber of Commerce under the number J40/6863/1999, having Dorin Ivascu as sole owner and Ruxandra Nicolescu as administrator.
The company was set up in 1999 addressing the new enterprises that emerge as operators in the civil aviation market in Romania and regional airports, as a consequence of local market requirements and opportunities and based on our previous expertise in airline industry. As a travel business solutions provider, Regional Air Suport made his presence on the Romanian Travel market by acting as Official Tour-operatour for the first low-cost airline company in Romania: Blue Air, through his registered trade mark: Regional Air Tours. Since the beginning of his history, till present, Regional Air Suport has continued to expand his portfolio of professional aviation and travel business solutions.
Our Network
Regional Air Suport's president Mr. Dorin Ivascu has had the vision of aviation industry development since late 80's and resume prove his endless eforts towards this goal. Regional Air Suport is just one of the many other aviation and travel related business companies under his management staff:

As handling operator, is covering the needs of all sizes and types of aircraft, for either regular or charter flights: www.baneasa.biz Regional Air Services - The company was established in 1988 having as operational purpose general aviation (aviochemical flights, parachute jumping banner towing, aerotaxi and pleasure flights) and air maintenance services. In 1999, Regional Air Services took over Tuzla – Constanta aerodrome, being the first company to own a private aerodrome in Romania. The company is currently performing: AVIOCHEMICAL SERVICES IN AGRICULTURE – fertilising, herbicide, pest control and diseases, flight school for private pilots (PPL-A), Parachuting –school, pleasure and training jumps, aerial supervision of land objects, air advertising – banner toeing, product launch, pleasure flights and many more activities: www.regional-air.ro Affiliates

Member of APG (Air promotion Group) - as an active member of Air Promotion Group, Regional Air Suport has a rich activity on the Romanian market as consolidator for IBCS (IATA BSP Consolidator System) - an IATA product.Member of IATA International Network of Schools as an IATA Authorised Training Center. Authorised Training Centres are organisations specialised in training that are authorised to teach one or more of the IATA/UFTAA and IATA/FIATA Courses.
Member of AROPA (The Romanian Association of Aviation Private Operators).Our Staff
It is our human resources policy to also recruit young graduates and provide solid in-house training to match the very culture of the organization that we buid carefully. Western orientations, results driven action, high standard of communication and public relations stay in the core of it.
Continuous service improvements are made in four ways:
Communication: The different skills currently employed in various area of our business are widely disseminated so that "best practice" becomes available throughout the group.Staying abreasts of new development, new technologies: this includes new legislation and new customer expectations.Innovation: Ways are constantly being explored to achieve improved benefits for our customers through value-added enhancements, better techniques of service delivery and through cost efficiencies.Training: Training programs are developed to ensure the staff are able to apply our key skills and the latest improvements. Annual training scheme contents: refreshers, new courses, new techniques in accordance with actual structure of business.Also by being appointed as IATA Authorised Training Center we are permanently licensing and participate to all refresher training courses for our own instructors in related fields.
Our Vision
It is our aim to achieve overpassing industry recognition by providing the highest standard of service, delivering best solutions for specific airline and travel agents requirements and thus enhancing customer performance.
Also, through our training activities we promote the development of the aviation and travel environments in Romania, and aim to shaping the future direction of the local industry to highest international standards.
